Step 1 – Go to Settings in the App

Tap the settings icon

Step 2 – Options

  • Scan method: Default camera for Android devices.
  • Orientation: Landscape or portrait; use portrait for Android devices.
  • Keep screen on: Not recommended for Android, as it will significantly drain the battery.
  • Show "Everyone" button: This allows you to pause or stop all workers at once.
  • Allow scan without Start/Stop selection: Agromanager will automatically check whether the worker is already clocked in or not. Based on this, the worker will be clocked in or out.
  • Allow manual employee ID entry: This allows a worker to clock in using their ID number instead of scanning a QR code.
  • Allow activity switch during active time tracking:
    • Single activity – no switching allowed:
      You cannot switch activities while time tracking is active. You must stop the current activity before starting a new one.
    • Single activity – switching allowed:
      You can switch activities while time tracking continues.
    • Multiple activities:
      You can perform multiple activities on a single crop.
      Note: Do not enable this option if you are using activity registration for ‘Sorting’.
  • Machine ID for sorting activity:
  • Automatic crop detection: Choose whether crops should be recognized during activity execution.
  • Automatic break: Here you can add automatic breaks. Warning: if the data signal is lost while going on or off break, nothing will be recorded.

Note: If you use work times as breaks, do not set automatic breaks on the timers, as this will result in double breaks being counted.
