Step 1 - Open the Spraybook module
On the left side of your screen, you'll see the different modules. Select the Spraybook module.
In the dropdown menu under Spraybook, click on Stock.
You now have two options:

Overview: shows a summary of your products.

Logbook: displays all transactions (input, output, treatments, etc.) of your products.
Attention!
When performing a product output, it doesn't matter which of the two sections you choose.Step 1 bis - Open your location
If you have multiple stock locations, you can open the desired location using the Open button. This blue button is located on the right, next to the location name in the Actions column. You will then be taken to the next screen.
Step 2 - New registration
At the top of the stock or logbook view, you'll find the green New registration button. This button provides a dropdown list where you can choose the type of registration: input, output, residual liquid, stock count.
- Input
- Use this registration for products that have newly arrived.
- Output
- Use this to return products, that can no longer be used, to the supplier.
- Residual liquid
- Use this if too much liquid was prepared in the tank or the wrong mixture was made.
- Stock count
- If you've recounted your stock and want to enter the new quantities. Choosing this option sets this stock count as a new starting point. Any data adjusted before this date will no longer affect the new stock count.

Step 3 - Fill in the data
When creating a registration, the following parameters must be filled in:

Location
This is filled in automatically. - Date: The date on which this stock registration was made.

Supplier:
Enter the supplier to whom you want to return the products. To add a new supplier, click New Supplier. We also recommend the following article:

Product:
Specify which products you want to remove from your stock.
Extra
When transferring products from one stock location to another, you also use Output. In this case, choose your own stock location as the supplier.
