Requirement

Step 1 - Open Harvest module

On the left side of your screen, you will find the different modules. Here you will find the Harvest module.

Step 2 - Group overview

In the menu under Harvest, you will find the item Group. This screen opens an overview of all your groups.

Step 4 - Enter group data

Via the computer:

Give the new group a name.

Here you also indicate on which devices this group will be visible.

After creating, you will see group details. Colli codes are temporarily visible as long as you have not closed with a harvest registration sticker.

Via the scanner:

Choose Colli codes and give the group a name, then press create.

Step 5 - Print the colli labels

Colli labels can be printed from the Staff module.

You can choose to start from a single staff member or use Print in the top right. Select colli labels here. Printing from the overview page is the easiest way. You can select one or multiple staff members.

Choose the staff members you want to print for and the number of labels per staff member. Colli codes only contain the ID of the picker and nothing else. If desired, you can add extra information to the colli labels.

Be careful when adding e.g. grower or packaging material. In that case, the labels can only be used for a specific packaging or grower.

You will then see a print screen:

Step 6 - Create a pallet sticker

For this step, we refer to the following article:

How do I create a harvest registration?

Step 7 - Register pallet

This step must always be carried out with the scanner.

Open the group in which you want to register the pallet. Scan all colli codes placed on the pallet and then finish with the pallet sticker.

You can watch the process via the video in this link.

If you are working from the harvest app on a Zebra scanner, you can start scanning directly. If you are working from a mobile phone, you must press the + button.

Scan all colli codes and finally scan the pallet label.

If the number of colli labels differs from the number specified in the harvest registration, you will see the following screen:

Here you can make a choice:

  • Adopt scanned: e.g. when scanning an incomplete pallet / rest pallet
  • Keep registered: if you scanned fewer than registered but it is still a full pallet.

The pallet has been successfully registered. You can find the scanned pallet labels under the respective group.
