When entering an individual or group registration, you can select multiple crops. The registered hours will then be automatically distributed across these crops, in proportion to the area of each crop. In the support article below, you can read step by step how this works.
Step 1 - Create an individual/group registration
To do this, follow the steps in the following support articles:
Step 2 - Enter the details
On the right-hand side of your screen, you can enter all the parameters to create a new hour registration. The following parameters must be entered when creating it:
- Date: The date on which the employees carried out the activity.
- Start: The time at which the employees actually started working.
- Stop: The time at which the employees actually finished working.
- Break: How long the employees took a break.
Then select a crop-related activity, which will give you the crop option. You can add multiple crops in this field.
Complete the registration by entering the start, stop and break times when no hours or different hours from the working hours were worked, and click Save.
In the details of the hour registration, you can see that the total working time is automatically distributed across the crops, in proportion to their total area.
