Fruit codes created through a harvest registration that have not yet been activated are not included in the harvest report and are not part of your stock. These codes must first be activated.
Before you can activate fruit codes, harvest registrations must first have been created. Please refer to the article below:
Step 1 - Open the Harvest module
Open the Harvest module in Agromanager. The sorted/unsorted harvest registration overview will open automatically. Check the menu on the left carefully to make sure you are activating a registration for unsorted or sorted fruit.
Step 2 - Open the registration details
On the right-hand side, next to the registration, you will find a blue Details button. Click this button to open a screen containing the details of the harvest registration.
Step 3 - Activate codes
To activate codes, click the green "Activate codes" button. This button is located in the bottom-right corner of your screen.
You will then be asked how many codes you want to activate. Enter the correct number and click Next.
The page will refresh and you will see that the codes have been activated.
Any codes that have not been activated can still be removed afterwards using the "Delete inactive codes" button. This is not mandatory – you can also activate them at a later time.
