How do I enter harvest performance for soft/stone fruit?

Picking performance can be tracked perfectly in Agromanager. For this, you need the Harvest, Time Registration and Harvest App modules.

Within the Time Registration module, you first need to have added employees:

How do I add a new employee?

You need to install the Agromanager Harvest App on your device. Please contact Agromanager Support for this.

Picking performance for soft fruit is based on individual performance. If you are looking to register group performance, please see the article below:

Picking performance for hard fruit

Step 1 - Open Harvest Performance - Groups

Open the Harvest module in Agromanager. The sorted/unsorted harvest registration overview will open automatically. In the menu on the left, click "Harvest Performance" and then select "Groups". On this screen, you will find an overview of all groups that have been created.

Step 2 - Create a new group

A new group can be created either via the computer or via the Harvest App.

Via the computer:

In the top-right corner of your screen, you will find the green New group button. To create an individual registration, select Colli Codes.

Via the scanner:

Open the Harvest App and click the New button at the bottom.

Step 3 - Enter the group details

Via the computer:

Give the new group a name.

Here you can also indicate on which devices this group should be visible.

After creating the group, you will see its details. The scanned colli codes remain temporarily visible here until you complete the registration with a harvest registration label.

Via the scanner:

Select Colli codes as the registration type, give the group a name and then press Create.

Step 4 - Print colli labels

Colli labels can be printed in the Time Registration module via Personnel -> Overview

The colli labels are linked to the employee via the QR code. The employee should attach the labels to the picked crate so that the crate can be scanned in step 6. A colli label can only be scanned once per pallet.

You can start from one individual employee using the Details button, or use Print in the top-right corner. Select colli labels. Printing from the overview page is the easiest method, as you can select one or multiple employees here.

Select the employees for whom you want to print labels and the number of labels per employee. Colli codes only contain the picker's ID and nothing else. If you wish, you can add additional information to the colli labels. Then click Print

Be careful when adding, for example, a grower or packaging material. In that case, the labels can only be used for that specific packaging or grower.

You will then see a print screen:

TIP!

Don't want to work with colli labels? You can also scan the employee badge in the Harvest App. 1

Step 5 - Create a pallet label

For this, please refer to the article below:

How do I create a harvest registration?

IMPORTANT!

When creating the harvest registration, make sure to select the SCAN method in the final step in order to register the picking performance in the Harvest App.

Step 6 - Register the pallet

This step is always carried out using the scanner.

Open the group in which you want to register the pallet. Scan all colli codes placed on the pallet and then finish by scanning the pallet label.

You can view the process in the video via this link.

If you are using the Harvest App on a Zebra scanner, you can start scanning immediately. If you are using a mobile phone, you first need to press the + button.

Scan all colli codes and scan the pallet label last.

If the number of scanned colli labels differs from the number specified in the harvest registration, the following screen will appear:

Here you can choose between:

  • use scanned quantity: For example, when scanning an incomplete pallet / remaining pallet
  • keep registered quantity: if you scanned fewer items than registered, but it is still a complete pallet.

The pallet has been successfully registered. You can find the scanned pallet labels under the corresponding group.
