With Agromanager, you can manage the entire sales process, from order placement and stock checks to delivery and invoicing. By linking the different documents together, you avoid entering the same information twice.
Step 1 – Create an order (Pickorder)
Go to Sorting and Packing → Orders → Pickorder and create a new pickorder.
- Select the customer and enter the required order details.
- Add the ordered products and quantities.
- Enter the sales prices for the fruit. You can specify whether the prices include or exclude empty packaging.
- Save the pickorder.
The pickorder gives you an overview of which products are already in stock and which still need to be produced through sorting.

Step 2 – Check stock and prepare the order
Check which products are available in stock. Products that are not yet available must first be sorted and packed.
Once all products are available, the order can be prepared for delivery.
Step 3 – Create a delivery note
Open the pickorder and create a delivery note from it.
- Open the delivery note in the Agromanager mobile app.
- Scan the pallets or products to be delivered.
- Only products included in the original order can be scanned.
- Check the quantities and complete the delivery note.
The prices entered in the pickorder are automatically transferred to the delivery note.
Step 4 – Create a sales order
Go to Sorting and Packing → Delivery → Delivery Notes and open the completed delivery note.
- Click Invoicing → Sales Order.
- Select the desired settings for the sales order.
- Create the sales order.
The products, delivered quantities and corresponding prices are transferred from the delivery note. The pricing setting for empty packaging is also retained.

Step 5 – Create an invoice
Open the newly created sales order and check that all details are correct.
- Set the sales order status to Completed.
- Click the Invoice button.
- An invoice is created directly based on the sales order.
- Check the invoice, complete it and send it to the customer.
There is no need to navigate separately to the Invoicing module.
In summary: the entire process follows Pickorder → Delivery Note → Sales Order → Invoice. The ordered products, delivered quantities and configured sales prices are carried over throughout the process, allowing you to invoice quickly and accurately.
