Step 1 - Open Configuration
On the left-hand side of the screen, you will find the navigation menu with the different modules. Click on Configuration. The various sections within this module will then appear, allowing you to select the desired option.
Step 2 - Open Packaging

Step 3 - Enter the details
To add new packaging, the following parameters must be entered:
CREATE PACKAGING
- Packaging Name: This name is used within your Agromanager.
- Packaging Name on Label: This name is used on the label.
- Packaging Type: Select “Storage Bin” or “Colli/Pallet”.
- Packaging Method: Select the correct packaging method (loose, layered, storage bin, etc.).
- Remarks: Here you can add additional information about the packaging that is important to you. This field is not mandatory.
Depending on the selected type, additional information must be entered. Follow the steps below according to the desired type.
Step 3.1 - Storage Bin

Storage Bin
Empty Packaging Name: Enter the correct name of the empty packaging item. To add new empty packaging, please refer to the article How do I add new empty packaging?

Fruit Weight
Here you can enter approximately how many kilograms of each variety fit into a storage bin.
- Click the green Add button.
- Select the correct variety.
- Enter the weight for this variety and click Add.
You can remove an item by clicking the red Delete button in the Actions column.

Photo
In this step, you can add a photo of the storage bin:
- Click on the grey area.
- Select the correct photo from your files.
- Click Open.
Step 3.2 - Colli / Pallet

Colli
- Empty Packaging Name: Enter the correct name of the empty item. To add new empty packaging, refer to the article How do I add new empty packaging?
- Quantity: Enter how many colli fit on one pallet.

Accessories:
- Click the green Add button.
- Select the correct accessories.
Colli: Enter how many accessories are used per colli, for example 2 packing sheets per colli → quantity = 2.
You can remove an accessory by clicking the red Delete button in the Actions column.

Pallet
- Empty Packaging Name: Enter the correct name of the pallet. To add pallets, refer to the relevant article.

Accessories:
- Click the green Add button.
- Select the correct accessories and enter the quantity. For example: 4 corner boards per pallet → quantity = 4.
You can remove an accessory by clicking the red Delete button in the Actions column.

- Click the green Add button.
- Select the correct variety.
- Enter the weight for this variety.
You can remove an item by clicking the red Delete button in the Actions column.

Photo
In this step, you can add a photo of the delivery box:
- Click on the grey area.
- Select the correct photo from your files.
- Click Open.
Step 4 - Save
Step 1 - Open My Company module
You will find the different modules on the left side of your screen. Here you will find the My company module. By clicking this you will get various options.

To add a new packaging, the following parameters must be entered:

Empties name: Indicate the correct name of the empties. To add new empties, please refer to the following article How do I add new empties?

- Click on the green Add button.
- Indicate the correct variety.
- Enter the weight for this variety and press Add.
You can delete an accessory by clicking on the red Delete button that is located to the right of the accessory in the Actions column.

In this step you can add a photo of the storage bin:
- Click on the gray area
- Choose the correct photo from your files
- Click on Open

Colli
- Empties name: Indicate the correct name of the empty item. To add new empties, please refer to the following article How do I add new empties?
- Quantity: Enter how many packages can fit on 1 pallet.

Accessories:
- Click the green Add button.
- Indicate the correct accessories.
You can delete an accessory by clicking on the red Delete button that is located to the right of the accessory in the Actions column.

- Empties name: Indicates the correct name of the pallet. To add pallets, please refer to the following article How do I add new empties?

Pallet: Enter how many accessories you will use for one pallet, e.g. 4 corner slats for 1 pallet → quantity= 4
