Add new packaging storage bin & colli/ pallet

Step 1 - Open My Company module

You will find the different modules on the left side of your screen. Here you will find the My company module. By clicking this you will get various options.

Step 2 -Open articles

In the menu under My company you will find the articles folder. Through this folder you obtain the items Packaging and Empties.
 
  • Packaging: composition of various empties. For example: the storage bin you use for harvest registration is packaging.
  • Empties: each item separately, for example a packing sheet, border, etc. 

 

Step 3 - Open packaging

In the Articles menu you will find the Packaging item. This menu item opens the screen with an overview of the packaging.

At the top you will find the green New packaging button. This button opens a screen to add new packaging.
 

Step 4 - Fill in details

To add a new packaging, the following parameters must be entered:

CREATING PACKAGING

  • Packaging name: This name is used in your Agromanager.
  • Packaging name on the label: This name is used on the label.
  • Packaging type: Indicates "Storage bin" or "Package/Pallet" here.
  • Packaging method: Indicates the correct packaging method. Loose, laid, pantry,...
  • Comments: Here you have the opportunity to say something about the packaging that is important to you. This field is of course not mandatory.

Each type also has different information that you must enter. Follow the steps below according to the desired type.

Step 4.1 - Storage bin

  • Storage bin

    Empties name: Indicate the correct name of the empties. To add new empties, please refer to the following article How do I add new empties?
  • Fruit weight

    Here you can enter how many kilograms (approximately) of each variety are in a storage bin.
    1. Click on the green Add button.
    2. Indicate the correct variety.
    3. Enter the weight for this variety and press Add.
    You can delete an accessory by clicking on the red Delete button that is located to the right of the accessory in the Actions column.
  • Photo

    In this step you can add a photo of the storage bin:
    1. Click on the gray area
    2. Choose the correct photo from your files
    3. Click on Open

Step 4.2 - Colli/pallet

  • Colli

    • Empties name: Indicate the correct name of the empty item. To add new empties, please refer to the following article How do I add new empties?
    • Quantity: Enter how many packages can fit on 1 pallet.
    • Accessories:
      1. Click the green Add button.
      2. Indicate the correct accessories.
      3. Packages: Enter how many accessories you will use for one package, e.g. 2 packing sheets for 1 package → quantity = 2
    You can delete an accessory by clicking on the red Delete button that is located to the right of the accessory in the Actions column.
  • Pallet

    • Empties name: Indicates the correct name of the pallet. To add pallets, please refer to the following article How do I add new empties?
    • Accessories:
      1. Click the green Add button.
      2. Indicate the correct accessories.
        Pallet: Enter how many accessories you will use for one pallet, e.g. 4 corner slats for 1 pallet → quantity= 4
    You can delete an accessory by clicking on the red Delete button that is located to the right of the accessory in the Actions column.
  • Fruit weight

    Here you can enter how many kilograms (approximately) of each variety are in a storage box.
    1. Click on the green Add button.
    2. Indicate the correct variety.
    3. Enter the weight for this variety.
    You can delete an accessory by clicking on the red Delete button that is located to the right of the accessory in the Actions column.
  • Photo

    In this step you can add a photo of the supply box:
    1. Click on the gray area
    2. Choose the correct photo from your files
    3. Click on Open

 

Step 5 - Save

When all information has been entered correctly, you can click on the green Save button at the bottom of the screen. You will then receive an overview of the packaging you have created.
