harvest performance can be traced easily in Agromanager. To use this functionality you need the Harvest, Timekeeping and Harvest App modules.
Before you can start recording harvest performance, you must first add your employees in the timekeeping module: How do I add a new personel member?
You will also need to install the Agromanager Harvest App on your device. If you do not yet have access to the app, please contact Agromanager Support.
Step 1 - Harvest Performance - Opene Groups
Open the Harvest Module in Agromanager Oogst module in Agromanager. The Harvest Registration (Sorted/Unsorted) overview will open automatically.
In the menu on the left, click Harvest Performance and then select Groups.
This screen displays an overview of all existing groups.
Step 2 - Create a new group
A new group can be created either on a computer or using the Harvest App.
On a computer:
In the top-right corner of the screen, click the green New Group button.
For pome fruit, select Personnel as the group type.
In the Harvest App:
Tap New at the bottom of the screen and choose Personnel.
Step 3 - Enter Group Information
On a computer:
Give the new group a name.
You can also specify on which devices the group should be visible. At this stage, you may already add employees to the group, but this is optional.
After creating the group, a detailed view will be displayed. Here you can see:
- The employees assigned to the group.
- The fruit codes linked to the group.
In the Harvest App:
Enter a name for the group and tap Create.
Employees can then be added by scanning their Employee ID.
Step 4 - Register Harvest Performance
To register a harvesting performance, scan the harvest label that was created in the Harvest Registration screen.
When creating the harvest registration, make sure the Activation Method is set to Scan.

Harvest performance is registered using the Harvest App.
Open the app on your device and select the group to which you want to assign the harvest label (i.e. the harvested bin).
Tap the green + button and scan the barcode on the harvest label.
The barcode has been successfully linked to the group when:
- A green checkmark appears on the screen.
- (If configured) the device emits a confirmation beep.
The linked bin can be viewed both in the Harvest App and in the group overview on the computer.
Step 5 - Harvest Performance Overview
The recorded harvest performance is immediately available in the Harvest Performance Overview on your computer.
This overview provides a complete summary of harvesting performance. Using the available filters and the green table buttons, you can customize the view to display exactly the information you need.
Harvest performance is calculated based on:
- The number of employees in the group.
- The total weight (kg) of fruit registered for that group.
When creating a harvest registration, you specify the weight of fruit in each harvest bin. The total weight is then distributed equally among all members of the group.
Example
- Group 1 has 10 harvest bins, each containing 400 kg of fruit.
- Total harvested weight: 4,000 kg.
- Group 1 consists of 4 employees.
Because the harvested weight is distributed equally among all group members, the recorded harvest performance is:
4,000 kg ÷ 4 employees = 1,000 kg per employee.
