To get started with the Spraybook module, you need to go through the steps below in order to use the module fully.
Step 1 - Register your plots and/or greenhouses
First, you need to create the existing plots/greenhouses. This is only basic information; the crop will not yet be registered here. That is step 2. See the article below on how to create a new plot/greenhouse.

Step 2 - Register crops
Here you will draw the planting on the relevant plot. You can register multiple crops on one planting.
Step 3 - Register machines
The next step is to register your machines in Agromanager. This mainly concerns the machines you use to carry out a treatment, such as a sprayer, fertiliser spreader, weed sprayer, mower, etc.
After adding the machine, you also need to add a configuration to the machine. Via the configuration, you define the use/consumption of the machine. You can add multiple configurations to one machine.

Step 4 - Enter crop protection product stock
Add your crop protection product stock to Agromanager. If there are multiple stock locations on the farm, you can create these in Agromanager. It is also possible to create a connection with different crop protection suppliers, so that your ordered products can easily be transferred to your stock in Agromanager.

Step 5 - Create harvest registration empties and packaging
If you are going to use the harvest registration module, it is important to create the correct empties and packaging in Agromanager, so that you can register your harvest in the correct types of bins with the correct kilograms.
First, you need to add the empties. This can be done directly from the harvest registration or as described in the article below.
Then you need to combine the created empties into the final packaging. See the article below for this.
