Step 3 - Add New Harvest Registration
In the upper right corner of your screen, you'll find the green button Add New Harvest Registration. You can perform a new registration through this button.
When creating a new shipment, you need to go through two steps: entering the fruit information and entering the packaging details.

Step 5 - Enter Packaging Details
When creating, you need to enter the following information.
Type: Specify the type of packaging you are using. You can choose between storage bin or colli/pallet.
You can indicate different types; when creating, the following parameters must be filled in.
Packaging Details:
- Number of Storage bins: Enter the number of used storage bins here. This is also the number of labels that will be generated.
- Fruit Weight: The fruit weight per storage bin. Here, you can also distinguish between "exact" weight or weight that is "approximately" in the bin.
Packaging Details:
- Packaging Name: Type of colli to be used.
- Number: Here you can indicate whether you want to perform the harvest registration via colli or pallets and how many of these are used.
- Number of colli/Pallets: Indicate how many colli are used per pallet.

- Colli: This is automatically filled in after you have filled in the above details.
- Pallet: Indicate the type of pallet used here.
By clicking on Next, you will move to the next and final screen.
Step 6 - Enter Miscellaneous Information
Label Layout: Here, you can choose to print a complete label or no label at all. Activation Method: Here, you can choose "direct, Later, and Scan."
- Direct: The codes are immediately active. They are directly included in your inventory and in your harvest report.
- Later: The codes are activated later. You keep track of the stickers that are not used to later activate only the number that was actually used. You can do this in the details of your harvest registration using the buttons at the bottom "activate codes" or "remove inactive codes."
- Scan: The codes become active (added to the inventory) only when used somewhere via a scanner or computer. This means: a code is placed in the fridge or on a delivery note, etc.
If you throw away (unused) codes, you don't need to do anything further. You can also activate the codes manually; you can do this through the details of the registration. At the bottom, you will find a button "activate codes," and via the pop-up, you can indicate how many codes you want to activate.
Attention!
If you register with the direct method and throw away your codes, you will need to remove them one by one from the system. With the other methods, you can do this in bulk.Step 7 - Save Harvest Registration
Click "Ready" at the bottom right to create your registration.
If all settings are correct and you have chosen "Ready," you should see an additional tab with the codes to print.
If this is not the case, we recommend checking "Are Pop-ups Blocked?" at the bottom of this page.
Step 8 - Print Your Code
If you only want to print a specific code, you need to click "details" first next to the desired code, and then press "print" in the upper right corner. If your codes have not become visible automatically and you want to print them again, you can use the "print" button to print them again.
Attention!
By default, the setting to reprint labels is turned off. You will receive a notification to duplicate the registration. You can do this perfectly if you have used the later or scan activation method. The codes are added to your inventory only after activation. If you use the "Direct" activation, this will not work. You can adjust this under settings in the module My Company. There you set the setting to duplicate the registration on print to no.
Are Pop-ups Blocked?
You click "Done" when creating a harvest registration, but you don't see the barcodes.
Then, look in the upper right corner of your screen to see if you see the following icon:
If this is the case, pop-ups are blocked.
To ensure the smoothest registration process, it's useful to allow pop-ups.
This allows Agromanager to automatically make the barcodes visible.
To do this, click on the icon and then select "Always allow pop-ups and redirects from https://....agromanager.eu".
Finally, click "Done."
The barcodes for your next registration should now become visible automatically.
